Social Media Links block configuration UI displays no social media fields under Barrio Bootstrap 5.5.16 but displays them properly under Olivero 10.2.2
Steps to reproduce
Install Social Media Links module on Drupal 10.2.2 site under Barrio Bootstrap 5.5.16 theme, place Social Media Links block in any region, click on 'Configure' button, observe no social media fields. Switch to Olivero theme, click on 'Configure' button, observe social media fields.
