I'm running Drupal 6.1 with the latest 6.x dev of SimpleMenu, and my menu disappears when you navigate to a 'page' node. It displays on the home page, or if you are in the administration areas, discussion forum, etc, but not any created 'page', 'story', or 'event' nodes. See www.melfortcovenantchurch.com for an example.

Thanks,
Jason

Title: SimpleMenu not displaying on Page nodes » SimpleMenu not displaying in node full view
Priority: Normal » Critical

Hi–
Initially I thought this issue had been solved, (partly because it's 2 months old) mostly because I did verify the default Navigation menu displayed ok on full nodes.

However, when I changed the Simplemenu's preferences to display 'Primary links', this issue now happens for me too. Not only on Page nodes but even CCK custom content-types (changing issue title for this reason). I've been planning to use Simplemenu for a number of Drupal 6 sites, but I just realized now I can't while it only seems to work for the Navigation menu.

I've tested a bit already... but is there anything I can do in particular, or any more specific testing feedback I can give to help with this issue?

Thanks for making this module – hopefully the fix for this issue is a simple one ;)

Yes, I have the same problem.
And here is a patch which fixes this problem. It is very simple just change !isset() to empty().

Brilliant this works to display the menu for nodes with tabs in all themes I have tried. Is this going into the next 6.x.1 release of the module?
