Linking the codes to a third party to purchase a role

I have a site with a webapp and field permissions set up so that anonymous users can see the webapp and the field names but not the field data/info that was added to each nodes fields.

I would like a role to be purchased and wondering if this module would be possible to help?

Can this module create codes/keys to register that I integrate automatically preferablly (manually possible?) to have the codes on that 3rd party payment embed, such as paypal/stripe/koji/ko-fi etc so that when someone pays they get a registration code that allows them to register and thus access the content?
