The game set for the 2017 season

Now I hace this issue: when I go to game set/import and click over the import button; the system send me and error before let me select the game set with the message "unsepected error" try later.

What can it be?

I think something in here is generating the error:

My site has been offline since Jan. do you think something is wrong in the node.js configuration?? Im uploading an screen capture from how my node.js config Is.

Or can you help me in how to manually import the game set to the database by PhpmyAdmin? I think this option is the best. I have tested all the others functions and everything seems to be fine.
