I have small problems with advanced panels pages. When i add second row with two regions, first of regions (which on the left) has something like padding from the left side. I already try with fixed and fluid width, both have this problem.

Hmm. There may be something in your theme that is affecting this, because there's some padding in different places on all regions that should not be. I would try this in garland first, and see if things look right. Then try it in your theme again. If it's still wrong in your theme you may need to use firebug to try and identify what in your theme is changing this.
