[Meta] Project Roadmap

I am looking to contribute to this project but am not entirely clear on what features would go in Panels 8 and what should go in this module. It would be really helpful to have a list of outstanding tasks or features that still need to be implemented and then I (and others) can start working through them.

Firstly, I'm guessing the following features are all panels related rather than this module:

• Context Relationships - e.g. Adding the node author to the context stack
• Drag and Drop block UI - take the layout defined by a variant and allow blocks to be dragged around on it.
• Overriding Block Configuration - ability to override the title or other options just for this page.
• Custom Visibilty Conditions - Ability to add visibility conditions to a block on a given page.

Page Manager Features:

• Using a layout in default variant - instead of a hard-coded top and bottom use a layout.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not really sure where the line is between Panels and page Manager.
