There is a lot of duplicated functionality between OpenSearch Feed and OpenSearch Plugin. I suggest we join forces and modules under one module 'OpenSearch' (using this module's namespace 'opensearch').

I'll see what Rob Loach thinks about this (he'll probably be happy to not have to maintain another module). :)
