Taxonomy terms disappear for anonymous users when activating OG Forum D7

After digging a little, here is what I noticed :

On a page with articles + taxonomy (not forum related), which should be accessible to everybody, when og_forum_d7 is disabled, evrything works for anonymous users

The same page with og_forum_d7 enabled doesn't show up the taxonomy terms.

It seems that this comes from og_forum_query_term_access_alter() which alter all queries, even for vocabulary that are not forums dedicated.

A few dpm to illustrate :
