I'm offering to maintain the awesome Nodequeue module. I'd like to commit several important patches, including #44017: Node Queue position duplication can cause accidental deletion of queue entries, and create a 7.x-2.0 stable release.

I think that things are moving in the way of entities, which is probably why this module hasn't been getting much love lately. But since tens of thousands of people still depend on it I think it's worthwhile to at least get the 7.x-2.x branch to a stable release. How can we do that and how can I help?

The last few days I've been looking at all major and critical issues for 7.x-2.x and doing what I can to move them along. All are now either RTBC, Needs Review, or Postponed. I don't think it would take much work to clear those in need of review off the queue.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of entityqueue. I have commit access so we can start committing RTBC patches and when we're ready, release 7.x-2.0.
