Testing this theme at http://d-theme.com/multiflex_3. This theme is just one step away from passing a lot of validation tests. The following span contains a style attribute and the default style language is not specified. The best solution is to replace the style with a class.

This is just a minor hack so I may not fix it until we have a better solution for http://drupal.org/node/287426.

According to http://drupal.org/node/287426, the commit on Aug 8 2008 (http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=132193) is all about a IE6/7 specific hack for duplicated footer message. As this is something other than standard CSS error but browser specific rendering problem, it need some specific solution.
