I get this Error in Safari 5.1.5 when entering some stuff with slashes. Here I entered "node/14": 

404 Not Found
Not Found
The requested URL /de/mpac/autocomplete/menu/node/14 was not found on this server.

Hi.
This is a duplicate of #1024188: External URLs trigger Javascript alerts. With the next release of Drupal the error will be gone (see #93854: Allow autocompletion requests to include slashes for more information about the base problem).
