Migrate Chado

This module is a collection of destination plugins to import biological data to a Chado database using Migrate. It requires Tripal, a project which provides integration with the Chado database schema and Drupal. It is currently only available for Drupal 7, since Tripal has not been ported to Drupal 8 yet.

The following destinations are currently covered:

cvterm

Create cvterms.

dbxref

Create dbxrefs.

organism

Create organisms or map with existing organisms in the local database (genus and species columns), useful to import stock items in a later migration.

stock

Create stock items.

geolocation

Create an entry in the nd_geolocation table.

experiment

Create an entry in the nd_experiment table.

experiment_stock

Link experiment and stock items.

foo_dbxref

Link a dbxref with an element from a variable table (stock, cvterm, organism, feature, etc.).

foo_cvterm

Link a cvterm with an element from a variable table (stock, cvterm, organism, feature, etc.).

prop

Create properties for items from variable tables (like stock, cvterm, organism, feature, etc.).
