Message Integration

This module is built around using the Message Stack described from this article Emailing Users About Content Activity in Drupal 8

The idea is to make a generic module, with events that other custom modules can tie into to create an email list. So this is meant to be built on top of.

I also want to use this module as a knowledge share point! If your custom module is unique and you want to share we should add to the Message Integration Examples

Requirements

This module requires the following modules outside of Drupal core:

• Message
• Message Notify
• Message Subscribe
• Flag
• Diff

Installation

Install as you would normally install a contributed Drupal module. Visit: https://www.drupal.org/node/1897420

Configuration

This base module comes with a very basic configuration located at admin/config/message/message_integration
Here you can choose to disable the functionality with a kill switch.
Also you can select which content types to apply to.
