"Menu Item Visibility" is a great module, I wanted to offer my support for maintaining and manage stable releases and Drupal 8 and 9 readiness of this module. Please let me know how can I be the supporter/co-maintainer for the "Menu Item Visibility" module.

I am closing this issue, since there haven't been follow-up actions as described in Taking over unsupported (abandoned) projects.

If you at one point want to be added as a maintainer by the side moderators, please make sure you follow the the procedures for Taking over unsupported (abandoned) projects.

Just saying: "We've contacted current maintainers for the same, hoping for a response." is not precise enough. We need to know:

  • Who was contacted
  • When was the PM sent
  • What means of contact was used

You should add this information to the issue summary.

Any request to become maintainer of the project must be done in #3237144: menu_item_visibility project open to new maintainer applications on 5 Oct, 2021.

The project is not covered by Drupal’s security advisory policy, which means users who offer to maintain it aren't required to have the vetted role. They just need to move the linked issue to the Drupal.org project ownership queue.
