I didn't find a way to add other liceses to the license field. This field is locked. It should be editable.

Actually it should probably be removed entirely. #1139252: Why add Creative Commons license at the Gallery entry level?

Closing this as a won't fix as I think this functionality should be out-sourced. Otherwise you can supply a patch to add them directly to the source code. We are not adding options to edit the licence field from the UI.
