dependencies are missing [#3243616]

Problem/Motivation

After installing loft_data_grids to 7.x-2.4 (upgrade from 7.x-2.2) , the Status page tells me that The Loft Data Grids dependencies are missing;. The vendor folder is actually there. I see the error locally and on Pantheon Test site.

Steps to reproduce

Download 7.x-2.4 with Drush
Run Update database
Clear cache
Go to /admin/reports/status

I have the same issue, it seems this commit removed the .info file which the loft_data_grids_requirements() function is looking for.

Thank you @jtjones23 and @tarik.cipix for your report. I've releases a 7.x develop release and made an update that should fix this issue. Please give that a try and let me know if this fixes the issue for you. When I hear back I can then move forward with a new release to fix it. Thanks!
