I've been trying to write a patch to include support for the CCK Redirection module, and was running into an issue where my internal links weren't detected. I then realized the same thing was happening with the CCK Link module.

http://google.com is detected in both a Link field and a CCK Redirection field as being a link to be checked, but any url like /node/1 or node/1 are ignored.

Is this behavior expected?
