The LayoutExampleTest annotation includes loads of old keys that are from frega's original layout module on GitHub. Since people will look at this examples for ways to write their own code, this should be cleaned up!

Also, it'd be great to search around the examples and other code for any other left overs!

No further work has been made to this module since 8.3.0 was released, almost a year ago, all efforts should be made to switch over to core's Layout Discovery system instead.
