Create PDF thumbnails with ImageMagick and Ghostscript

Does anyone know if the following patch has been committed? Is it going to be incorporated into the next release of the ImageCache module?

The above patch allows you to dynamically generate PDF thumbnails from uploaded files. The recipe requires ImageMagick and Ghostscript to be installed on the server.

The recipe also requires the ImageCache Actions module, but there seems to be a bug which is causing a problem:
