IIS issues with Imagecache

I’ve been trying to get images to display on www.clipperdist.com when I upload new images, but am having no luck.

With the help of another developer, I found that the issue is dealing with the Imagecache module being run on a Microsoft IIS server. I reviewed the information found here: http://drupal.org/node/314993 but I'm still not able to have images correctly uploaded. Anyone have another suggestion?
