say you have an imagecache preset of 150 x 150 px, then you upload a 100 x 100 px picture. its preset doesn't get processed and the image doesn't get upscaled.

this might seem like a minor thing, but if you try and add watermarking, the preset images get no marks.

yes, this happened to me also after the upgrading from 2.0 to 2.1.
