Images not being optimized [#2796443]

Hi,
I am new to drupal.Can any one suggest me how to use the image optimize.I am searching this for the past 2 days.I am not getting the Proper and Clear documentation or user manual.Or Can any one guide me.

I have installed the Image optimise module and image magic Module and updated the library what ever i needed.I have uploaded the images in the different scenario but the images are not compressed.I am not sure I am doing anything wrong.

Same here, I've installed module, updated smush service, but after this, images(new) still have the same size.

Changing to a major bug...I'm not sure why it's happening, but I don't seem to be getting any compressed images either. I've tried both ReSmush.it and local configs and neither seem to do anything substantial.

Updating image title, changed it to a bug, and marked critical since (at least in my case, and it looks like the same for others) it just isn't doing anything.

How to reproduce the bug? Which image do you use? How to you test?

I'm quite sure it works for most people.

Sorry for the late responce.
I have added the image in my website by updating through the image upload filed.What i expect while update is "after image is uploaded the size of the image get reduce.But it is not reduced.it is same as the original image what i uploaded".What should i do for compression of image.Kindly let me know.
