I am implementing the icon API to add a home icon in place of my Home link. Unfortunately, when I select the icon, it shows up, but notice how it seems to disrupt the page's rendering of CSS:

If I disable the link, or remove the icon, it looks as it should:

Interestingly, this only affects anonymous users. When I am logged in as an administrator, there is no problem. Any help would be appreciated.
