I have a large Gallery that is integrated with Drupal via this module and its submodule User Albums.
I am looking for anyone who is also interested in converting their gallery to a Drupal based approach of CCK and Views. We may be able to share the costs of hiring a coder etc.
Cheers

Rene Hostettler CreditAttribution: Rene Hostettler commentedI am very interested in this as well I have to gallery s that II would like to convert to pure Drupal gallery's with a couple of thousand photos. Seems a couple of people have managed this but no one has documented the process. You think it would be possible with the feeds or migrate modules. http://gallery.menalto.com/node/85365
I would think many people would be in the same situation seeing as it seems like menalto gallery development has stalled and all features apart from zip archieve upload can be easily handled natively with Drupal using taxonomy, cck, views, imagefield, imagecache and lightbox.
Has anyone had any success or ideas about how to go about this?

roginald CreditAttribution: roginald commentedI would also be interested in sharing costs for a coder on this. I began with gallery2 and drupal5, and am now upgraded to drupal6 and the current gallery 6 dev module. I am running legacy albums in gallery but new albums using cck/views. Would like to help fund a migrate process from gallery to cck/views.
