More filters/sort options like geo, license and # of views

Attached patch only grabs the necessary info from Flickr. It extends the already used queries to provide this ('extras' parameter).

Use the getCurrentPosition() to create a new block "Close to you".

Instead of using the parameter random=true that offers only two options, random (true) or recent( false), it makes more sense to use the parameter sort with the values random and recent. It allows to add more options like sort=views to use the number of views on Flickr in descending order. The most viewed photos are probably also the most interesting.

As mentioned above, also sort=proximity would be interesting, showing the nearest photos.

Added sort option 'number of views on Flickr' (popularity) for the Flickr Filter submodule.
Use e.g. [flickr-group:id=91484156@N00, size=q, num=8, sort=views, tags=flowers].

Extended to blocks making the agnostic for sort, offering the sort option in the block configuration.

Consequence is that most blocks now exist twice identical, due to the fact that before we had a 'random' and 'recent' block.

Reopening for the remaining license filter and proximity sort (geo).

Added sort options for Block and Filter:

+      'taken' => t('Recently taken (newest first)'),
+      'uploaded' => t('Recently uploaded (newest first)'),
+      'id' => t('Descending on photo ID (an alternative newest first)'),
+      'unsorted' => t('Unsorted, as delivered by the Flickr API response'),
     ),

and in addition for groups:

+        'added' => t('Recently added to group (newest first)'),

Interestingness and relevance filter for user albums.

Better would be to make a combination possible, like 'interestingness' and 'taken'. We would have to separate the newly added filters as an own parameter, e.g. $filter.

Patch for #14, offering powerful combinations, especially useful for public photos. Plus various other improvements.

Correction for random with tags. Furthermore accepting tags with spaces and removing them for the API request.

Leaving it active for the geo sort.

For the license it would make more sense to introduce a Flickr permission:
Embed non CC licensed Flickr content from others in nodes (Flickr Filter)

It would compare a node author's Flickr Identifier with the ones used. To consider the performance impact.

For geo filter we opened a new issue. See #2363665: New parameter 'location' (TODO: also for Blocks).

The other requests seem to be fulfilled.
