In #2227669-23: Use the cache API for Flickr blocks (loads them quicker) we introduced block titles that contain for example the name of a Flickr user or other dynamic data. Now that we expand on that, it's better to put it in it's own issue, as the feature is unrelated to the other issue.

Attached patch aims to link data pieces of the block titles to their relevant pages on Flickr. In the main module it also adds a link to the location that optionally shows under the photo caption, that shows the Flickr map of the location with all the user's images.

Setting this back to D7 and being 'fixed (closed)'.

Main reason is the fact that links to this issue show the status on hover without revealing the version (6 or 7). This might give the impression that the mentioned issue will not be solved, while in fact it is already fixed for the D7 version. 'Fixed (closed)' reflects the current status correctly for D7. 'Closed (won't fix)' is only valid for the minimally maintained D6 version of the module.
