Mobile navigation menu won't expand [#2798211]

Hello,

There seems to be a problem with the mobile (< 640px) navigation menu. While the menu works as expected for the front page, on any other page it doesn't expand at all.

Any ideas why?

Just an update, this seems to happen when displaying a View. When viewing a contact form for example it works as expected.

So something is different for the Views page, probably with regards to the custom.js. It's loaded, it doesn't seem to apply for this specific page. I also noticed that from the social links in the footer, as they aren't hidden when containing no url. On all the other pages this also works as expected, and the links are hidden.
