Missing widget on comment with multiple fivestar fields

I added three additional fields to the comments of my content type, these fields are all Fivestar fields and because I'd like that users can write a review and give a vote to 3 specific features.

As you can see in the image only the first field is rendered with the fivestar widget, how can I fix this bug?
