first thanks for the great module!
I use it on this site and it works great.

I have only one problem - the poll is showing always the results to the anonymous users - the block with the poll is not cached.
Is it possible to do something about it?

I believe File Cache has nothing to do with this problem. Two issues that may be relevant are #523676: Most recent poll block - incorrect caching and #582082: Poll results are not shown to anonymous users.
