As of right now, there is nothing in the store module that allows admins to view a report of every item that has been sold. It would be very usefull to have not only this feature, but also the ability to sort by orders fullfilled and pending.

What kind of data do you want in this report? It should not be difficult to add simple reports. Can you post an example of what the report could look like?

spreadsheet format with : (downloadable exel)

Name
Email
Shipping Address
Billing Address

Date of transaction
Detalied list of items purchased
Shipping Amount
Sales Tax Amount
Gross
Transaction number

Plus + ability to sort by items (products and sub products)

I too see a huge need for this... the "basic" reporting now tells you very little. A downloadable xls would be very nice.

Before this can happen, there needs to be a couple of things happen.

1. We need to implement better handling of miscellaneous sales. ATM there is no go method of handling dicounts, handling, shipping, and tax.

2. The existing discounts need to use the miscellanous sales so that they can be tracked.

Once this is done this means that a General Ledger interface can be created and all the sales figures can be exported to and external system which does all this type of reporting.

Basic sales firues like what you are wanting are available if you want to query the database.
