The user/1 account (is about to be) renamed to "Maintenance account" at #570572: Change label for user/1 account from "administrator" to "site maintenance account". With this change we indicate to the person installing the site they should create a second account for daily tasks and use the Maintenance account for upgrades and other administrative tasks. Xano has suggested automatically creating a second "regular" account.
This issue is merely splitting the discussion into two to avoid scope creep on the initial patch.

Will the two users have different permissions. Obviously user 1 will be able to do everything, and user 2 will be an administrator, but does that mean that by default, there are things that user 2 can't do? If so, IMHO it makes more sense to let user 2 be created by user 1 after the site is built since that account won't be useful until then anyway. Thoughts?
