Some docs still reference form_type_checkboxes_value() - this method does not exist.

Replace with \Drupal\Core\Render\Element\Checkboxes::valueCallback()

This fixes the only two references to form_type_checkboxes_value() in comments.

RTBC if TestBot agrees, which it should, since this patch only changes comments.
