Drop Guard is a service to automate Drupal updates. If your Drupal project is NOT managed by Composer package manager, you need to install this module to use Drop Guard with your Drupal installation. You can also use the module within your Composer based Drupal project to benefit from live site monitoring.
The module will collect data about your installed modules and themes and transmits this information securely encrypted to the Drop Guard platform on www.app.drop-guard.net. Then Drop Guard will retrieve available updates for your site and care about the updates automatically, integrated into your individual workflows and DevOps tools.
Requirements
Module requires OpenSSL extension. In most cases it is enabled with php out-of-the-box, but it may happen that you will have to install it.
