Create listing with rules

I want my listing to not only include items from a RETS feed but also from private listings.

I have been able to manually create listings but I want to be able to create a listing with rules so that I can create a public facing form to create the listings as well.

When I try to tell rules to create a drealty entity it doesn't provide any options on what type of listing so I can't populate the listing with any information.

Does anyone have any ideas on a way I can fix this.
