Through the community-inspired talent and education initiative Discover Drupal, we seek to enrich and provide greater opportunities and introduce more historically underrepresented talent into the Drupal Community.
The goal is to create a sustainable approach to diversifying talent for the Drupal community by actively recruiting, training, and including those who have been historically underrepresented in tech. This initiative will benefit the entire community, and we hope it inspires community-wide support.
