Provided a specific configuration management workflow, using a whitelist to manage only specific configuration. Inspired by a combination of the workflow with Features in D7, PreviousNext's Drush CMI tools, Configuration Synchronizer, Configuration development and Configuration Update Manager.
I do not recommend this project any more, as Configuration Split has matured into a better solution, building on top of core's standard configuration workflow. There will be no further development of cm_config_tools.
