Full error messages:

1. array_fill() [function.array-fill]: Number of elements must be positive in /home/lemontre/public_html/includes/database.inc on line 253.

2. implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/lemontre/public_html/includes/database.inc on line 253.

3. You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1 query: DELETE FROM dr_xmlsitemap_sitemap WHERE smid IN () in /home/lemontre/public_html/sites/all/modules/xmlsitemap/xmlsitemap.module on line 197.

I am getting this on two separate sites. Both on Drupal version 6.19; SQL 5.019l PHP 5.2.9; Backup & Migrate version 6.x-2.4 (no problems with previous version)

It seems to happen as cron is running to generate / regenerate the sitemap.xml

Sounds like an issue with xmlsitemap. Do you have a reason to suspect that the problem is caused by Backup and Migrate?

The errors only occur after backup/migrate has run on either site.
