probably in the last 6.x.2.0 release there are many files missing.

there are only "includes" folder, not the .css, .info, .install, .module, etc....

I hope it should be fixed as soon as possible

Just installed this module and have the same issue. A temporary work around may be to download backup_migrate-6.x-2.x-dev.tar.gz
version and copy the missing files to the backup_migrate folder.
