no longer works with drupal 8.8.6 [#3143240]

Since the update in 8.8.6 the ckeditor window displays all content over the entire height for authenticated users.
For the administrator the height is normal
Seven as administration theme
no error in watchdog

Hi @jjancel,

Would you please elaborate the issue regarding the browser and the version, steps to reproduce. If possible share some screenshots as well.
