I'm noticing whenever I run "composer require ..." at_tools downloads. It used to be in my composer.json, but it isn't now. I don't want it there cos it seems to get confused with the them generator being there and enabled seeing as I'm running at_tool. My process is to use composer locally and upload to the server (cos I'm using shared hosting and there's no composer friendly option for using shell up there. Is anyone else having this? It doesn't seem to be on all sites I use 8x.4.1 on, just the one I'm working on at the moment. Maybe it's something I'm missing. Here's my composer.json

One small off-topic thing I have noticed inside your composer.json file is that you are using the Ludwig module. While probably you shouldn't. This is from the Ludwig module documentation:

Can I use both Composer and Ludwig in my project?

If you are using Composer to manage your Drupal project you don't need Ludwig, and you shouldn't use it!

If you decide to switch your Drupal project from Ludwig-managed project to Composer-managed project at some point - don't forget to uninstall and remove Ludwig module from it.
