I have a D7 site that I'm rebuilding in D9, and I need the theme ported to match the code upgrade and to be made responsive/ mobile friendly.

I can provide the original D7 theme and all graphical assets.  However, when I originally built it, it was prior to responsive sites really being "a thing", so a lot of the CSS and HTML doesn't play nice on mobile browsers.  It MAY be easier to start from scratch and use the original site as a graphical reference.  Either way, as long as it degrades nicely to a smaller screen, I'm fine with that.  A complete redesign is off the table.  My client LOVES the design as is, and wants to maintain it as closely as possible- just to look better on phones/ tablets.

So I'm looking for a developer to help with this project.  Budget and timeline are negotiable, but I'd like to get started on this right away.  Developer must be comfortable with working on a site that contains some adult content.
