Easy Holiday Rentals have an innovative web site that allows home owners to advertise their private homes for rental. The simplicity of the site gives it a competitive advantage over similar offerings around the world.
The website is a listing of private properties. Home owners can register on the site and enter the details of their property, adding images, description and much more. Listings are available FREE at the moment – but there will in the future be a nominal charge to advertise on the site. To feature a property at the top of the listings will also in the future incur a charge.
Easy Holiday Rentals are confident that they can provide a valuable service to homeowners that wish to rent their properties – as well as giving site visitors that prefer not to pay for hotel accommodation an economical alternative.

We did this (renting a home) in Paris once, though it was a small appartment, not a house. Definitely a great concept. On the other hand, as a home-owner i might be a bit hesitant. It could work as a kind of "please rob me there's no-one at home" list.

Nicely done although I'd check your permissions on the availability calendar - registered users can change bookings of any property and retrospective bookings replaces calendar date with today's date. e.g. April Fools turned into 4 April

Nice Idea
That would be a nice idea, well let me check with my Aunt if they want their house to be rent since their been off for almost 3 years and only caretaker are the one take care of the house. It would generate a few income..

Its great but the domain name with all those dashes kind of reads "spam" or "fake" website alert to me.

But I agree more than one "minus" in the domain name may look bad.
