Came from old Drupal 5 to 7, started to dig into shell  (putty) up to installing D11, gave up with dependencies on some modules.
Website moved to cheap website-service.

Then i discovered Drupal CMS, "Update Drupal CMS? You don't!"
So, why are there version numbers?

Installed it, created content types, fixed the theme, chose some modules, like Block Content, installed them
"... unexpected error ..."

So, what's different or new, other than the installation method?
You have to be a programmer to fix Drupal, then and now.

"Designers and makers in mind"

I will give it another try, delete everything, start new, and leave the modules untouched.
Address modules? Which one will be deprecated first?
I rather go with text fields. They stay forever.

There is still the standard Drupal 11, if you want something simpler. I recommend that you start locally on your own machine with DDEV for maximum control, see https://www.drupal.org/docs/getting-started/installing-drupal/install-dr....
