I'm having a strange problem with Drupal. For some reason, I can't use the phrase Atari Lynx without getting a 403 error. Any thoughts?

Hmmm
This is getting stranger and stranger. The first time I tried to post the above message, I got sent to a page about drupal filters (and my message didn't post). This time it worked. Is there something special about the word "Lynx" that might be tripping the system?
To be precise, here's an
To be precise, here's an example sentence that causes the problem:
I get under the hood of my PC and spent last summer building a Doom clone for an Atari Lynx emulator.
The result is this:

You don't have permission to access /neo/comment/reply/363 on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
If I take out the word "Lynx," the comment posts just fine.
mod_security
Does the server have mod_security installed?
You can check by saving
in info.php, upload to your server and visit it.
If so, contact your hosting provider & ask them to 1) disable it 2) decrease filter setting. Alternatively 3) move provider.

Mod Security
Thanks for responding, Heine! I really appreciate your help.
Here's what I'm getting:
PHP INFO
I don't see anything there about mod security...
Missing Apache section
Yes, it's missing the module info (perhaps because php is configured as cgi?). Anyway, the server claims to be Apache. I guess there's not much left, but to contact your hosting provider.

I had that same problem
I can't remember what the words were. It wasn't that, but it was something equally harmless. I could not post if those words were in there. It was so bizarre. I never did figure out why and just reworded my sentence when I finally figured out what was jamming the works. Sorry that doesn't give you an answer, but you aren't alone in the weirdness. I wonder if someone buried some weird code in the depths of Drupal somewhere to make people think they were losing their minds? LOL

"Bad Words"
Thanks, everyone! I have been doing a lot of research about this problem and have found that it affects many people, not just Drupal fans! These people seem to be having the same issue with WordPress with the word curl. I know there are some programs called curl and lynx that have to do with servers, but I know nothing else about them.
Not drupal
It's not drupal, but most likely mod_security. I've seen this a lot in the forums and @ #drupal-support.
My advice; move to a hosting provider that has a clue.
