Front page doesn't load for guests / duplicate entries

For some reason my front page has stopped loading for guests. All the permissions are set though, so it SHOULD. I really have no idea why it isn't loading for them, so I looked at the status report and found these errors...

user cleared cache and above issue was fixed.
