Hi,

I've a fresh drupal 6 installation, I can add only page or story type content? If my content is categorized (deeply nested), how will I do that?

If you want to have other content types, you should use cck module.
If you want to categorize your content (which is different from having a new content type), you should look at taxonomy pages as mentioned.
