Project Similar to recent "Rockclimbr" (see Lullabot)

Greetings,

I have a client who is looking to develop a project management system, similar to the recent Rockclimbr project published by Lullabot and used in their workshop. The scope however is broader, with a much more indepth document collaboration module required. I would like to have the opportunity to discuss what's needed, if it's even possible, and how much we'd be looking at for an estimate. Please contact me :)

Notice that the Rockclimbr files are online (Thanks Lullabots). http://www.doitwithdrupal.com/sessions/basecamp-built-drupal

I realize that is not the same as an ongoing project, but it is a big step forward.

Has this project ever been picked up and worked on?

Seems like it would be useful to an awful lot of people, great open-source demo of Drupal, just lots of good reasons to do it.

I've installed it and it's pretty raw but, with some effort and resources from people interested in doing it, seems very doable.

Have you / or has anyone else continued to work on rockclimbr?

I'm starting an endevor to combine the features of basecamp/redmine into a drupal application and am using this distribution as my starting point. It will be updated and developed and rethemed.

I just don't want to do any more work if I don't have to if someone else has done the same.
