I see Drupal 12 is going to require php version 8.5. Has anyone prepared yet?

Yeah, We are prepping for this too.

Main thing check your contrib modules first , most are not 8.5 ready yet .spin up a staging env and see what breaks.Deprecated "${var}" sysntax was our biggest headache so far.

Yes I agree, I'm doing development on a vibe coding project and I'll see where its at this summer.

nice ! Summer Sounds like a good timeline honestly . We hit a lot of the ${var} issues early on staging env saved us. Good  luck with the vibe project.
