Problem/Motivation

The Profile Complete Percent module doesn't have any D10 or D11 releases. We're using it on our project and are interested in keeping it supported.

I've contacted BarisW (current maintainer, seems to be the last active maintainer as per #3389897: Support Drupal 10) on Monday, July 14th, using the Contact form, and haven't gotten any response so far.

There are a couple of issues I've made MRs for:
* #3535809: Incorrect library attachment in pcp.info.yml file
* #3535811: Drupal 11 support

As a maintainer, I plan to focus on bugfixes and support.
