Problem/Motivation

PHPunit tests at Drupal 11.2 (which is "next minor") produce the following:

Autoloading hooks in the file (modules/custom/scheduler/scheduler.tokens.inc) is deprecated in drupal:11.2.0 and is removed from drupal:12.0.0. Move the functions in this file to either the .module file or other appropriate location. See https://www.drupal.org/node/3489765

Scheduler it not the only module with this problem. Several of the 3rd-party modules we use in testing also need to fix this:

The work to ignore 3rd-party deprecations is too important to be bundled in with this MR241 so it will be done separately in MR244

Then both this issue and #3527579: Add #[Group] and #[DataProvider] attributes for PHPUnit 11 can be worked on once we can actually see the Scheduler problems, and not be swamped by huge logs of 3rd-party module problems.

MR244 is done, so work can re-start on this issue.

The single fix for this deprecation reduces the number of reported deprecations in the Scheduler group. Previously the 23 tests ranged from 16 to 12 deprecations. The DefaultTime test had 16, but now has only 15. The message does not appear in any test.

All tests pass at D11, D10 and D9. The D8 single test failure is a known (and unrelated) problem.
